Everything you need to know for a seamless stay in South Goa
Arrival & Departure
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Arriving early or departing late? We are happy to securely store your luggage so you can maximize your time relaxing on Patnem Beach. Late check-outs & early check-ins are subject to availability.
Housekeeping & Amenities
To ensure a comfortable retreat, we provide dedicated daily housekeeping for all bungalows and hill villas. Fresh linens, bath essentials, and dedicated beach towels are supplied for your convenience.
Food & Drinks
We do not have a restaurant on-site, but we offer a complimentary breakfast, made fresh and served until 12:00 PM to your order. For your other meals, there's a veriaty of restaurants on Patnem Beach, and Nada Brahma restaurant is located just 30 meters from us, and their bar and restaurant are open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Location & Parking
Turtle Hill is nestled directly on Patnem Beach in Canacona, South Goa. We offer limited on-site parking for our driving guests; please notify us in advance so we can reserve your space.
Airport Transfers & Local Transport
We are a 1.5-hour drive from Dabolim International Airport (GOI) and approximately 3 hours from the new Manohar International Airport (GOX). We can arrange reliable airport pickups, as well as local taxis, tuk-tuks, or scooter rentals for exploring the coast.
Wi-Fi & Connectivity
Stay seamlessly connected with our high-speed fiber broadband, perfect for streaming or remote work. Local mobile networks (Airtel, Jio, Vodafone) also provide excellent coverage across the property.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
Our king-size beds comfortably accommodate two adults. A third guest can be accommodated with an extra single bed (₹2,000 per night). We gladly provide complimentary cots for infants upon request.
Power & Electricity
While South Goa occasionally experiences short power fluctuations, our infrastructure is equipped to handle them. Please note that minor, temporary outages are a normal part of the Goan coastal experience.
Accessibility & Terrain
Our hilltop villas and beachfront bungalows are connected by natural pathways and steps. Due to our elevated beachfront terrain, some areas may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable room for your needs.
Booking & Payments
To secure your reservation, full payment is required in advance. We accept UPI, major credit cards, bank transfers, and Wise for our international guests. Please indicate your preferred payment method on the booking request form.
Cancellation Policy
As a seasonal boutique property with limited availability, we turn away other inquiries to honor your confirmed reservation. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:
- Within 48 hours of booking time: Full refund provided.
- More than 20 days before arrival: 50% refund provided.
- Less than 20 days before arrival: Non-refundable.
