Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. If you require late check-out, please ask our staff in advance, and we’ll advise you depending on our occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability.
In any case if you need to leave late or arrive early, you’re always welcome to keep your luggage with us and hang around the public areas until your room is ready.

We have super-fast fibre broadband on which you can stream and download to your heart’s content.
Mobile network signal is good here for the main networks (Vodaphone, Airtel, Jio).

Turtle Hill is located on Patnem beach in Canacona, South Goa.
We have onsite parking, but please let us know in advance if you’re arriving by car, as we have limited space.

Goa’s old International Airport (GOI) Dabolim is about 1.5 hours drive to turtle Hill. The new Mopa airport in north Goa (GOX) is about 3 hours drive.
If you require airport pickup, please send us your flight details, and we’ll arrange an experienced driver to get you to Turtle Hill safely.

We’re happy to help arrange a taxi, tuktuk car rental, motorbike or a scooter rental during your stay.

All our huts have a big comfy king size bed and are suitable for 2 adults. For a third guest, we’ll add an extra single bed and the charge is 2000rs a night.
For the younger kids we can provide a crib/cot free of charge (but please let us know in advance if you require one).

We dont have a restaurant on site, but we offer a complimentary breakfast, made fresh and served until 12:00 pm to your order.
Nada Brahma restaurant is only 30 meter down the beach and their bar and restaurant are open daily from 8am to 11pm.

In order to confirm the booking and reserve the room, we ask for full payment in advance. We can accept UPI, card payments or bank transfers in different currencies. Please select your preferred payment method on your booking request form.

We are fully committed to our confirmed bookings, and build our calendar around them.
As a seasonal business with limited availability over the year, we are usually on high demand and will turn down other bookings for our confirmed reservations.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time: full refund
Cancellation with more than 30 days until the arrival date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days of arrival date: non refundable.

Power cuts in south Goa can happen from time to time, but usually not very often and not for long time.
There may be short times when we wont have electricity.

All of our huts have some steps leading up to them or a narrow pathways.
Being on the beach and hill, some areas can be difficult to access for people with limited mobility. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us before your arrival and we’ll reserve you a room best suitable for your needs and limitations.
